Cogent Contracting was selected as the General Contractor to oversee the construction of the final phase of the property. The building consists of two stories of tilt up, EPDM roofing, an elevator, extension of the parking and landscaping. Cogent is also completing the interior of the building, including overseeing the installation of the storage partitions.

Kushala Yoga Port Moody
Tenant Improvement – 3000 sq. ft. Yoga Studio
Cogent Contracting was hired as the designer and builder of this new high end yoga studio. The space includes two studios, three private rooms, office space, washrooms, retail area and reception. Extensive millwork was used through-out the space, and bamboo hardwood flooring brought the natural elements to the interior of the space.
Kushala Yoga Pitt Meadows
Tenant Improvement – 1300 sq. ft. Yoga Studio
This was the second location that Cogent was contracted to design and build for Kushala. Using similar finishes and layout to the first location, helped to create the brand for Kushala, giving this smaller studio the look and feel of the first.

1,200 sq. ft. office renovation. Four new offices on the second floor were created, along with a new reception area and meeting space. New access between two units had to be opened and new finishes throughout.
